Don’t know how, but scale read 140lbs this morning
I know it must be off, because the other day I was 132 and that kind of jump isn’t realistic, but it ruined my day. I binged out of depression. Then bought a yoga mat, and walked around town for over an hour. Calming myself down now.
Going to be a nightmare night, I can tell.

Im looking for some suggestions for at home work outs that require little physical space. The boyfriends apartment is incredibly tiny.

I love it when the girls in these pictures have legs almost as short as mine :)
